I purchased ten of these cute and funny little pins for myself and work colleagues. We are correctional nurses so Daisy awards are nonexistent in this field of nursing. Sometimes you just need some laughter in the workplace.
While the daisy award is great, it is very random and not very inclusive. We wanted to be able to celebrate all our nurses, and what better way that with our own little snarky humor! Thank you for helping us to say "hey, everyone can do better! Lol!".

I've been a nurse for over 20 years. Currently in the operating room where our pts are asleep and do not remember us. I don't do it for the accolades. This was a fun way to essentially award myself for being a great nurse. I wish I could afford to buy one for all of the nurses I work with. The pin is well made and feels like it will last a long time.
